Witness fee: $25 - $30 per witness.
Only charged if requested. Signers may provide their own witnesses and avoid the witness fee.
Trip and Print Fee: $50 (This is rare, but it does happen).
Applies if notary arrives for the assignment and the principal is not able to
complete the signing. This happens when the signer does not have the capacity to sign or has no valid ID.
Special Circumstances Fee: $50
When signer asks the notary to sign on their behalf because of a disability. The appropriate notarial certificate(s) will be used. Rules vary by State.
Your client pays for Mobile notary service via Credit or Debit card or Zelle at the time service is rendered. We accept all major credit cards. 2.3% processing fee for card payments.
Note: Some cities/localities in the USA require a slightly higher notary fee. This can happen when the signer lives in a sparsely populated area and qualified notaries are far away or in bigger cities where notaries typically have higher fees.
Fee increase typically is between $25 and $50.

Acceptable ID: Valid Driver License from any State, United States Passport, Foreign Passport stamped by USCIS, USA Military ID, State ID Card, USCIS Resident Card, Driver License from Mexico or Canada.
