As tax preparers, we do not "cheat" on taxes and do not commit tax fraud.

We search for all available tax saving deductions but are not able to help potential clients who insist on filing fraudulent returns.

English/Spanish fluency is required.

Becoming  a Notary Public is required (not hard at all).

Must be able to pass a criminal background check as required by the IRS.

Must be a resident or citizen of the United States.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing 1040's, schedule C's  and SE for small business tax clients
• Filing taxes for S-corp clients
• Setting up books for new bookkeeping clients
• Filing Sales and Use taxes with the Florida Department of Revenue
• Setting up new businesses with the Florida Division of Corporations
• Applying for Federal Tax ID numbers
• Applying for ITIN for clients who do not have a Social Security Number
• Communicating updates and issues that arise with manager, and other team members
• being Trustworthy and Honest
• being a Self-motivated team-player with a passion for your work
• Having a flexible schedule (Available most Saturdays (not every) during peak tax season
• Having good time management skills

Pay: Hourly plus Commission.

Barrios Notary Services is a family-owned business and is looking for a bilingual Notary Public (English/Spanish) to be part of our team.  Fluent in both languages required.

This position is for a Florida commissioned notary public.

You will be responsible for properly notarizing many different kinds of documents. Please browse our website and you'll see what type of work we specialize in.

Notary Public Duties, Responsibilities, and Qualifications

We have a sizeable Hispanic clientele and are looking for an individual who:

• Is Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Can accurately translate documents
• Is computer literate and proficient with Windows and Microsoft Word
• In-office and Mobile Notary (Lakeland, Florida and surrounding)
• Assists with administrative and notarial tasks as needed
• Completes required training
• Communicates well with clients
• Communicates updates and issues that arise with manager, or other team members
• Trustworthy and Honest
• Self-motivated team-player with a passion for your work
• Has a flexible schedule (Available every other Saturday. 9am - 3pm)
• Has good time management skills

Being part of a small business, we all wear many different hats.

Pay: $13/hr. Plus commission.

This is an in-office position (Lakeland, FL).
